  Pay attention to:
              Your entrance – is it clean and inviting
              Paint or replace entry doors
              Cut lawns and trim shrubs
              Pick up litter around the yard

              Touch up chipped or peeling paint

  What's involved with showing your home?
     
  Appointments
              Realtors will call to request an appointment or if your agent  prefers,
                appointments will be made by them.
      
  Showings
              Normally Realtors try to allow seller several hours or 24 hours notice to show their home. However,                 sometimes it is necessary to show immediately. Discuss with your Realtor what your needs are and your                 work schedule. If an appointment is canceled you will be notified.
      
  Pets
              If you have pets, make sure your agent knows and that they are kenneled.
 
  If you cannot be reached
              Realtors will make every attempt to reach you. Please make sure you provide cell phone numbers, and
                if you leave town, a number where you can be reached.
   
   The Showing
              • When the house is shown, you will be asked to leave. Buyers sometimes feel uncomfortable with sellers                 present and your agent will relay all positive or negative comments to you.
   
  Drive-by buyers
              • If someone stops by without an agent or asks to talk with you about your property, ask them to call your                 Realtor for information and an appointment.
